Come join other swimmers and triathletes for these open water swims and clinics! Topics will include safe swimming instruction, tips on how to adapt from the pool to open water, and how to handle your fear of swimming in dark water. We will also discuss the best way to start in an open water race and other competition strategies.
Clinics will be held on:
7:30am to 9:30am at Pohick Regional Park
Sunday October 5th and Sunday October 12th, 2008
